Said he was contracted out to deliver me a summons to appear in court. He'd made to attempts to deliver legal docs to me. I received to a phonecall from this number. It was a recorded voicemessage. Maybe they do this on purpose to make me call back and charge it to my bill?

They have been calling me at least twice a week. They say they are from National Readers, or Readers National. Sometimes when I answer, nobody says anything and there is just chatter in the background like in a busy office building or something.

Caller asked, "Are you Kody?". They said they were from student services and I said I could not hear them so I needed to go to another room. They hung up. When I tried to call back I got a busy signal but the phone did not ring first.
